Booking confirmation is contingent upon full payment. Until payment is received, the reservation remains provisional and subject to availability.

Refund and Rescheduling Policy

Full Refunds: A full refund will be issued upon providing proof of flight cancellation.

Rescheduled Trips: All rescheduling must be completed within 48 hours. A $50 surcharge applies, and scheduling availability cannot be guaranteed. If we are unable to accommodate your request, we will issue a refund, excluding the applicable surcharge.

Airline Cancellations: If the airline cancels the flight and you need to reschedule, no surcharge will be applied. While scheduling availability cannot be guaranteed, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
